If the buzz is to be believed, the third edition in the franchise will feature Chulbul Pandey, the swashbuckling police inspector, as a Robin Hood type character taking on the baddies of the land mafia. The plot of the Hindi movie is inspired by some real life developments in Madhya Pradesh where the film is shot.
