One of Bollywood’s most beloved actors Ranveer Singh is set to play one of India’s most beloved cricket captains Kapil Dev. The film will also feature the reunion of a power couple on-screen as the lead actor’s better half Deepika Padukone plays the role of Kapil’s wife Romi Dev. Once Ranveer’s look in the film was revealed, fans were gushing with excitement as the actor accurately embodies Kapil Dev’s look in 1983. Ranveer’s recreation of the star cricketer’s iconic Nataraj shot was especially incredible.
